The program includes a variable commission based on the following scenarios:
4% Listing Agent procures the Buyer and writes the contract. There is no other agent involved. Total commission is 4%.
1% Owner procures the buyer and there is no other agent involved. Listing Agent will write the contract after negotiations, and process it through to settlement for owner. Total commission is 1%. (Minimum of $1,200)
6% Owner’s property sells through a buyer procured through the MLS or other Trivisonno Team advertising. Another agent represents the buyer. Listing Agent Commission is 3% and buyer agent commission is 3%. Total Commission is 6%.
5% Owner’s property sells through a buyer procured through the MLS or other Trivisonno Team advertising. Another agent of The Trivisonno Team represents the buyer. Listing Agent Commission is 2.5% and buyer agent commission is 2.5%. Total Commission is 5%.
0% You find the buyer and there is no other agent involved. You don't want our assistance. You pay nothing. 0% commission.
Cancellation Policy Either you or we can cancel by calling and saying “I want to cancel the listing.” It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective at the time you call and we complete one form. Please allow 3 business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing System.
